Anonimul 2011 – o poveste despre perseverenta

Astazi toti cei pasionati de cinema au zimbit larg la auzul vestii ca Nuri Bilge Ceylan, cistigatorul marelui premiu la Cannes de anul acesta, vine in Romania, in doar citeva zile, la festivalul de film Anonimul.

Sigur ca e minunat pentru festival si pentru Romania; Nuri Bilge Ceylan, tocmai ce a fost primit cu onoruri la festivalul de film de la Sarajevo si-acum va fi la noi, dar sosirea lui aici e, de fapt, o poveste despre perseverenta.

Care incepe asa:

Ea e Miruna Berescu (cu doamna Irina Margareta Nistor). o sa se incrunte ca se vede in poza aici:)

Miruna lucra in 2003 la festivalul de film Dakino (ultima editie la care ea a colaborat, apoi a devenit directorul festivalului Anonimul). In anul acela, Nuri Bilge Ceylan a fost la festival, in Bucuresti.

Desigur doar pasionatii pasionatilor mai stiu asta (eu una nu-mi aminteam), dar Mirunei i-a placut filmul lui, Uzik, care a avut super succes la Cannes (Marele premiu al juriului in 2003) si… a continuat sa-i vineze filmele.

A vrut sa-i mai aduca un film in festival anii trecuti, a vrut sa faca o expozitie la Bucuresti cu fotografiile lui minunate, dar n-a fost un timing potrivit.

Anul asta a spus da, marti vine in Romania, joi are la Sfintu Gheorghe un masterclass la care va raspunde intrebarilor presei si publicului.

“Stii, eu haituiesc filmele, nu oamenii; i-am adus mai intii filmele, apoi pe el”, mi-a spus Miruna Berescu mai devreme la telefon, in timp ce rideam ca ani la rind l-a tot sunat sa-l invite si-a cautat orice cale prin care sa-l convinga.

Uite ca perseverenta se rasplateste cu intilniri in timing perfect; Nuri Bilge Ceylan vine dupa premiul de la Cannes, la Anonimul, dar numai Miruna stie cit a tremurat si cit a perseverat pentru ca noi sa zimbim in aceasta dimineata cind am aflat cine e invitatul special al festivalului.

Festivalul de film Anonimul se desfasoara la Sf Gheorghe, in Delta, in perioada 8 -14 august, iar trei dintre filmele lui Nuri Bilge Ceylan ruleaza intr-un program dedicat lui: Uzak/ Departe, Three Monkeys/ Cele trei maimute si Once upon a time in Anatolia (filmul premiat la Cannes anul acesta)

Kim Ki DUK a cistigat marele premiu la sectiunea Un Certain Regard la cannes 2011.
abia astept sa vad filmul. ma bucur tare pentru Kim Ki Duk pentru ca vine dupa o perioada foarte grea la nivel personal, iar acest film este – confprm declaratiilor sale – pelicula care-l reprezinta cel mai mult. de altfel, e scris scenariul de el, e regizat de el, e montat de el, ba chiar si sunetul ii apartine.

Nu stiu cine o impresariaza pe Mia Wasikowska, dar trebuie sa fie cineva important pentru ca ea apare in topul celor mai influenti 100 de oameni ai anului, top realizat de revista Time.

Actrita vedeta la Cannes in filmul lui Gus Van Sant, Restless, are in Time un portret scris de Glenn Close.

I met Mia Wasikowska in Dublin this past winter when the snow fell for days and sheets of treacherous ice covered the city’s walkways. She was wearing what I soon realized was her signature outfit: a peaked knit hat with earflaps, a black cloth coat, skinny black pants and fabulous, very hip brogues. Her gaze was open and direct, although her smile was shy and sweet. I found her instantly intriguing.

m-am intrebat in fiecare an, la fiecare aparitie a editiei the time 100 – the world’s most influential people, daca textele sunt scrise direct de semnatari sau sunt asezate in cuvintele potrivite de un redactor in urma unei lungi discutii cu semnatarul (Intotdeauna sunt lucruri personale, e evident ca e parerea celui care semneaza).
Oricum ar fi, imi place tare editia aceasta de time, din fiecare an.

ce zice Gus Van Sant la Cannes?

Gus Van Sant spoke about being selected for Un Certain Regard:
“It’s always fantastic and fabulous to be at the Festival de Cannes. Today the selection for Un Certain Regard is quite different from the 1990s. Now it’s become a really important part of the Festival and in any case, in Competition, in Un Certain Regard, in the Director’s Fortnight or whatever, I’m always glad to be here.”

And about his way of directing movies:
“I talk to people a lot so they relax, so they don’t feel like they’re passing an exam. Like Clint Eastwood, I try to make sure the atmosphere stays calm during the shoot.”

Mia was enthusiastic about her role in Restless:
“When I read the script, I could almost see Annabel in front of me. She has such a strong personality, I really enjoyed playing her character. She knows she is going to die, but she is full of joy.”

Jason Lew explained why there were no mobile phones or social media in the film:
“It’s a deliberate choice. I wanted the film to be timeless and I didn’t want it to be about two kids who are always on Facebook, especially as they are two completely unique, non-conformist characters.”

The idea of giving birth to a human being who incarnates that same violence is terrifying. This film is a voyage where we study the emotions of a mother and the breakdown of family relationships.”

Ezra Miller spoke about the personality of Kevin:
“I’m 18 years old and I fear I might be linked to Kevin in some way. The idea horrifies me. I think evil lives in each of us. And I delved deep inside myself to find that evil, to play Kevin.”

de astazi ne uitam cu atentie catre Cannes

avem prezenta romaneasca ( nu doar in filmul lui Catalin Mitulescu – Lover Boy si al lui Radu Mihaileanu – La source des femmes, ci si pe Maia Morgenstern in filmul La fin du silence – care e in Quinzaine des Realizateurs si e o coproductie Austria Franta, dar si pe Corneliu Porumboiu in juriu la Cinefondation)-> avem motive de zimbete si emotii.

dar dincolo de asta avem mega mondentitati pentru ca daca stie cu maiestrie ceva selectionerul Thierry Fremaux este sa imbine cinematografia de calitate cu mondenul, ca sa fie Cannes-ul extrem de prezent la stirile din lumea intreaga.

lovitura de gratie de anul acesta e filmul de deschidere, regizat de Woody Allen, Midnight in Paris in care apare si prima doamna a frantei, Carla Bruni.

ok, competitia e f f tare, iar regizorii din ambele sectiuni sunt minunati si abia asteptam cu totii sa vedem noile lor filme, dar puneti pariu ca rochia doamnei Sarcozy din aceasta seara va fi cea mai discutata?
